Americans Stand with Israel

The Drudge Report has given today's top headlines. Before going to those headlines (below), I would like to comment on one: Israeli intelligence 'intercepted Syrian regime talk about chemical attack'
According to The Guardian news, "an unnamed former Mossad official told Focus. The content of the conversation was relayed to the US, the ex-official said."
The Guardian has never been a friend to Israel. And, it is irresponsible to be quoting from a supposedly "former Mossad" official, when Israel, unlike the Obama administration, holds all intelligence information "close to their vests". They would not reveal information that would jeopardize their security.
Whereas, the Drudge has posted headlines today demonstrating Obama's eagerness to blab to the world all his plans in regards to a U.S. strike on Syria. So, here's my question: "Does the U.S. believe supporters of Israel would wholeheartedly agree to this "strike" if we thought Israel has passed on intelligence about Assad and/or his chemical weapons?"
There are many in the United States who think we "jump" to the tune of Israeli lobbyists in Washington. Like days of old, people are all to eager to blame Israel. The Guardian implies that if it were not for intelligence from a "former Mossad" member, President Obama would not have considered attacking Syria.
The safety and security of Israel does not depend on "headlines". If anyone has paid attention, Israel has never announced publicly their intentions of a "strike" before their IDF proceeds with its operation. (Google previous strikes by Israel).
The safety and security of the United States should not depend on "hearsay". Nor should it be in the habit of "leaking" classified intelligence to the world, through the media, or directly from the lips of an immature "President".
And just as a reminder, the largest Lobby in Washington, D.C. happens to be the Arab Lobby - not Israel's.
It is an absolute tragedy that our White House feels the need to promote his agenda by announcing intelligence through "his" media - intelligence that sends red flags to our enemies.
